Apple files inaccurate evidence in Dutch Samsung case

In a court filing, Apple resized a photo of the Galaxy S smartphone to match the dimensions of an iPhone 3G

Mark Krul, a lawyer at the Dutch firm WiseMen and a specialist in IT and intellectual property law, is astonished by the findings.

“It surprises me that for the second time incorrect presentations of a Samsung product emerge in photographic evidence filed in litigation,” he said. “This is not appropriate and undermines Apple’s credibility both inside and outside the court room.”

One-Third of iPhone Users Mistakenly Think They Have 4G

34% of iPhone users are under the mistaken impression that they already have “4G” cellular technology on their devices.

Why? Because they have an iPhone 4.

Presumably these are the same people that think the iPad is a ‘Magical’ device as well…

Is Apple’s iCloud Music Match a Possible Honeypot?

Apple recently at their WWDC11 keynote announced a new service called iCloud Music Match.

The unspoken flip side of this is: The users are voluntarily granting Apple the right to scan their system and store the personally identifiable results on Apple’s servers.
